Trent Hammond, a third-degree decided black belt, has dedicated 11 years to mastering the art of Taekwondo. Beginning his journey at the age of seven, he trained under Ms. Ashley Soeller at Fusion Martial Arts in Hope, AR. When Ms. Soeller moved, Mr. Richard Gentry and Mrs. Katie Gentry took over Fusion Martial Arts and renamed it Southwest Arkansas Taekwondo. As the school expanded, Mr. Zach Gentry and Mrs. Kathy Luce were added as instructors. When the Gentrys relocated to Dallas, TX to pursue opening a taekwondo school, Mr. Hammond decided to open Kickfinity Martial Arts to enable anyone interested to continue training or take up the sport.
Mr. Hammond has demonstrated his skills and passion through numerous competitions across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He is a distinguished three-time WTA National Champion in Patterns/Forms for his age division and also holds a WTA National Championship in Board Breaking.
With a commitment to sharing his knowledge and expertise, Mr. Hammond will be offering classes on Monday and Wednesday. For more details on class schedules and contact information, please visit our website. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
